The Baltimore MBDA Business Center is part of a national network of 45 Minority Business Development Centers funded by the U.S. Department of Commerce through its Minority Business Development Agency. The Center located in Baltimore, Maryland is operated by L. S. Caldwell & Associates, Inc., a firm nationally recognized for its expertise in Contracting, Employment and Community Awareness/Participation Compliance Programs (CAP services).
